Terence & Elizabeth were referred to me by Ryan & Nana which was lovely, as I hadn't photographed their wedding yet.
These two are so humble and welcoming with so much love in their family. I have since enjoyed their generosity and friendship and got to sample Elizabeth's amazing cooking skills.
Society today is more culturally diverse than ever before and as a result, people are growing up with many more wonderful cultural reference points. Through my work as a wedding photographer I see increasing numbers of couples stepping away from more rigid traditions and instead embracing and celebrating their cultural identities at weddings. Coming from a multicultural background myself I think it is really important to refer to that on your wedding day.
Terence and Elizabeth celebrated their faith and love at St Paul's Church before moving on to the splendid Grove House. I thoroughly enjoyed watching these two celebrate their ‘Afro-Anglo’ day and I hope you do too.
