It was about two and a half years from meeting David and Erin to finally getting to experience their amazing Ash Barton Estate wedding! I knew from first meeting them that I wanted to be a part of it all and was very pleased they asked me to photograph their wedding. So glad they persevered with the multiple postponements due to the "C" word and created the wedding they had always envisaged. As they said, "Third time lucky"!

It was nice to be back at Ash Barton Estate where I had also been lucky to photograph Tom + Roxy's wedding a few years earlier. Classic, the weather changed for Erin and David, having been so nice leading up to the day. They couldn't have the wildflower meadow wedding they wanted but the rain didn't dampen spirits. It was beautiful energy from the begging to the end and having everyone bundled into a small space just intensified the beautiful energy. They are very loving and genuine people and it was a privilege to capture their day. Enjoy!

Kind Words

"It’s hard to put into words how incredible Alex was on our wedding day. Not only was he such a lovely energy and presence throughout the entire day, it truly felt like he was part of the family for the day. Most importantly, the pictures are unlike any wedding pictures I’d ever seen.. probably biased 😂. I was reluctant to have anything too forced or staged and he captured so many insane and magical moments, every picture is a little bit of art. I could not recommend him more!"
